Cancellation Policy

RESERVATIONS

To hold a reservation, we require a $400.00 deposit or 30% of your  booking whichever is greater. Deposits may be made by e-transfer, VISA, or MasterCard.  
By sending us a deposit you are deemed to have accepted all Policies, Terms & Conditions of Nipissing Lodge. You do not have a reservation until your deposit has been received and the reservation is confirmed by us.

CANCELLATIONS

Deposits will be refunded if cancellation is prior to Jan 1st of year of the scheduled arrival.  After Jan 1st prior to your arrival your deposit is non-refundable
An additional 25% of your total booking will be required prior to 60 days of your date of arrival. It will be non-refundable at 30 days prior to your stay.

FULL CAMP BOOKING DEPOSIT / CANCELLATIONS

A $500.00 deposit will be required 6 months prior to your scheduled arrival. 

An additional deposit of $1,500.00 will be required 100 days prior to your arrival.

Deposit for a full camp booking is non-refundable.
